We were tasked with creating the identity for Bayside Estates in Airdrie. Since the community’s main feature is a series of water canals, we chose to create a theme revolving around the concept of a dream-like oasis. The concept is reinforced by messaging inspired by the rhyme, ‘Life is but a Dream’, watercolour textures, and photography portraying a carefree lifestyle, inspired by weekend living at the cottage. The project involved revamping the existing Bayside wordmark, creating a high-end community brochure, a registration website, signage and flags, web banner ads, and traditional print advertising.
